All orders ship from our Las Vegas showroom, never directly from the manufacturer.

Processing Times

• In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days.
• Pre-order and special-order watches ship once we receive them from the manufacturer. We'll email you an estimated date.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
