Standard Returns

• Timeframe: Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

• Condition: Jewelry must be returned in its original, unworn condition with all packaging, certificates, and receipts included.

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item is inspected and approved.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are welcome within 14 days of purchase.

• You may exchange your item for another piece of equal or greater value (with any difference in price applied at checkout).

 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or special-order jewelry

• Personalized or engraved items

• Jewelry that has been altered, resized, or damaged after purchase

Gift Returns

• Gifts may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

• A gift receipt is required.
