Huntington Jewelers Return Policy

At Huntington Jewelers, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we love helping you find it. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Standard Returns

  • Timeframe: Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. For online orders, the 14 days begin on the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be returned unworn and in original condition with all packaging, tags, boxes, papers, certificates, and receipts. Watches must have protective films intact and an unsized bracelet.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the item is received, inspected, and approved. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are welcome within 14 days of purchase.

  • You may exchange your item for another piece of equal or greater value, with any difference in price applied at checkout.

Special-Order & Pre-Order Watches

Watches ordered from the manufacturer on your behalf may be returned within 14 days of delivery under the same conditions, subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or special-order jewelry

  • Personalized or engraved items

  • Jewelry that has been altered, resized, or damaged after purchase

Gift Returns

  • Gifts may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

  • A gift receipt is required.

How to Start a Return

In store: Bring the item and your receipt to our Las Vegas showroom at 1990 Village Center Cir, Suite 6, Las Vegas, NV 89134. Our associates will be happy to walk you through the process.

By mail: Please contact us first at (702) 878-3677 or info@huntingtonjewelers.com to receive a return authorization. Returns sent without authorization cannot be accepted. Ship your return fully insured with signature required; return shipping costs and risk of loss are the customer's responsibility until the item is received.
