A MeisterSinger masterpiece made by souscription, the 18th-century tradition of building a watch only once its future owner has chosen it. The silver-gray dial is engraved line by line on historic, manually operated guilloché machines, so no two are exactly alike. In a first for MeisterSinger, the signature single hand reads the minutes along an off-center blue track, while the hour jumps into view in its own window and a blue sun wheel turns continuously below. Inside, the MS-JH-01 automatic pairs a slim Swiss Sellita SW300 with a sophisticated jumping-hour module.

The shiny white dial is divided into quadrants, with bold Roman numerals I to XII spiraling toward the center, read by a single heat-blued hand that turns a little faster than usual yet still at a leisurely pace. Its two-layer black dial borrows six silver-white spokes from the wheels of the Ford Mustang, with the historic Route 66 shield below center and a single white hand tipped in red. Built on MeisterSinger's 43mm No. 03 case, it arrives in a Route 66 presentation box with a 1:18-scale red Ford Mustang Convertible model, a true collector's set.
