What Our Warranty Covers

• Craftsmanship Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our work. If your jewelry has any manufacturing defect in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no cost.

• Stone Security: We provide complimentary inspections to ensure your gemstones remain secure. If a diamond or gemstone becomes loose due to normal wear, we’ll take care of tightening it.

• Free Cleaning & Inspections: Visit our Las Vegas showroom anytime for professional cleaning and inspection, at no charge, for the lifetime of your jewelry.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, thinning of prongs or bands over time)

• Loss, theft, or damage caused by misuse or accidents

• Work performed by other jewelers (which may void our warranty)

Services Beyond the Warranty

Even if an issue falls outside the warranty, our in-house jewelers can provide expert repairs and maintenance for a reasonable fee. We’re always here to help keep your jewelry in excellent condition.

How to Use Your Warranty

• Bring your jewelry into our showroom for an inspection or service.

• Keep your original receipt or proof of purchase handy.

• We recommend an inspection every 6 months to maintain warranty eligibility.
